We were building at the frontier of AI in energy before the hype: our own models are trained and in production, commercial energy operators are live on the platform, and the first enterprise contracts are converting. We are a small founding team, so joining now means real ownership of what you build, direct work with the founders every day, and decisions that show up in production the same week. It also means ambiguity, pace and problems without a playbook. We publish the salary band and equity on every role, because that is how we would want to be treated.
